This policy applies to all consulting services provided by Tiny Robots LLC. All amounts are in United States dollars (USD). Because we provide professional services rather than physical goods, nothing is shipped and no shipping or return-of-goods terms apply.
1. Before work begins
Every engagement starts with a written proposal and a fixed quote. If you cancel after paying but before we have started work, we refund the full amount paid, no questions asked.
2. Fixed-scope engagements (sprints and MVP builds)
If you cancel a fixed-scope engagement after work has started, we bill for the work completed up to the cancellation date at the rates in the proposal and refund the remainder of any prepaid fees within 14 days.
3. Ongoing partnerships (monthly retainers)
Monthly retainers can be cancelled with 30 days' written notice. You are billed to the end of the notice period, and any fees prepaid beyond it are refunded within 14 days. There are no cancellation penalties.
4. Advisory hours
Prepaid advisory blocks are refundable for any unused hours. Booked sessions can be rescheduled or cancelled free of charge with at least 24 hours' notice.
5. If something isn't right
If a deliverable does not match the agreed scope, tell us within 14 days of delivery and we will correct it at no charge. If we cannot correct it within a reasonable time, you are entitled to a refund of the fees paid for that deliverable.
6. How to request a refund or cancellation
Email hi@tinyrobots.io from the address associated with your engagement. We acknowledge every request within one business day. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method via Stripe within 14 days.
