This policy explains how Tiny Robots LLC ("Tiny Robots", "we", "us") handles personal information collected through tinyrobots.io and in the course of providing our consulting services.
1. Information we collect
- Correspondence. When you email us, we receive your email address, name, and the contents of your message.
- Engagement information. When you become a client, we collect the business and billing details needed to prepare proposals and issue invoices: company name, contact names, billing address, and tax identifiers where required.
- Website. This website is a static site. It does not use cookies, does not run analytics, and does not include tracking of any kind.
2. Payment information
Card payments are processed by Stripe, Inc. Your card details are transmitted directly to Stripe over encrypted connections and are never seen or stored by us. Stripe's handling of your data is described in theStripe Privacy Policy.
3. How we use information
We use the information above to respond to inquiries, prepare and deliver engagements, issue and collect invoices, and meet our legal and accounting obligations. We do not sell personal information, and we do not use it for advertising.
4. Sharing
We share information only with service providers needed to run our business — payment processing (Stripe), email, and accounting — and where required by law. Each provider receives only what it needs to perform its function.
5. Retention
We keep correspondence and engagement records for as long as needed to provide services and to meet legal, tax, and accounting requirements, then delete them.
6. Your rights
